sales and marketing efforts for 1.1million square foot exhibition

facility from 1985 as a 150,000 square foot facility through three
construction phases of growth to present size, 1.1 million gross
square feet of exhibitor space. Supervised staff of 18, seven
sales associates, public relations, bookings, research and support
staff. Developed annual marketing plan, established advertising
programs for national sales efforts, responsible for $1.2 million
annual budget.

as meeting planner, media spokesperson and public relations chairman
for statewide professional . Responsible for 2,000 attendee annual
convention, monthly newsletter editor and continuing education
programs. Produced first statewide public service campaign featuring
U.S. Congressman Claude Pepper as spokesperson for media campaign.
