When complete, the center will feature: A total of 252,718 square feet maximum exhibit space, 41 breakout rooms for maximum flexibility, new 30,000-square-foot ballroom (complete) 1,200 onsite parking spaces (complete), new and expanded dock facilities Existing 13,500-seat arena

Architecturally, the building echoes the beautiful, historical style of downtown Fort Worth. Inside, thousands of feet of fiber-optic cable and high-speed data lines course through the renovated area, creating one of the most high-tech convention facilities in the nation. The project also connects the convention center to the Fort Worth Water Gardens - designed by world-famous architect Philip Johnson - to create a grand new south entrance to the facility.
