selection criteria, evaluate qualifications and administer procurement
for design, construction and management firms and other service providers. Program Management Responsible
as the Owner's representative to administer contracts, oversee performance
and assure satisfactory project delivery. Feasibility Study Identify
market potential and develop the best facility mix to meet that
demand within set financial parameters.

Operational Reviews
By evaluating on-going operations, Conventional Wisdom can help identify
and resolve operational problems, assist with capital improvement
planning and budgeting, and advise on the impacts of the Americans
with Disabilities Act. Because of the building operations experience
of its principals, Conventional Wisdom is qualified to review and
advise on management policies, organizational structure, vendor contracts
and other related business matters. |

When complete, the center will feature: A total of 252,718 square feet maximum exhibit space, 41 breakout rooms for maximum flexibility, new 30,000-square-foot ballroom (complete) 1,200 onsite parking spaces (complete), new and expanded dock facilities Existing 13,500-seat arena Architecturally, the building echoes the beautiful, historical style of downtown Fort Worth. Inside, thousands of feet of fiber-optic cable and high-speed data lines course through the renovated area, creating one of the most high-tech convention facilities in the nation. The project also connects the convention center to the Fort Worth Water Gardens - designed by world-famous architect Philip Johnson - to create a grand new south entrance to the facility. |
