and assure satisfactory project delivery.

demand within set financial parameters.
Operational Reviews
By evaluating on-going operations, Conventional Wisdom can help identify
and resolve operational problems, assist with capital improvement
planning and budgeting, and advise on the impacts of the Americans
with Disabilities Act. Because of the building operations experience
of its principals, Conventional Wisdom is qualified to review and
advise on management policies, organizational structure, vendor contracts
and other related business matters.

Scheduled
for completion in 2005, this 529,000 square foot facility will replace
the existing pavilion and triple its size. New features include a 37,000
square foot ballroom.Located on a 37.8 acre site, the convention center
occupies the anchor and gateway position for the future development
of Virginia Beach. Inspired by man's propensity for adapting to the
rigors of the marine environment, the design of the Virginia Beach Convention
Center is based on the omnipresent image of the sea vessel. The sea
vessel, defined as a container of goods and information prepared for
the open market, serves as a metaphor for the design of the convention
center.
