Tracey Short is a Senior Consultant with Conventional Wisdom Corp. Tracey has over 25 years experience in administration and management of public assembly facilities both in the US and Canada. She comes to the firm from the public sector and has extensive experience in large, complex, high-profile capital project development through previous work on the $700 million Phoenix Convention Center and Symphony Hall expansion and renovation project.
Tracey’s expertise lies in operations planning, implementation and management. She has past experience with the BC Pavilion Corporation, managing convention and entertainment facilities for the Province of British Columbia as well as with the Detroit Lions’ Ford Field, as Vice President of Guest Experience and Business Strategy. Tracey’s background affords her with a unique perspective on the management of public assembly facilities with regards to business and operational best practices and strategic planning. |
